What SalonQ does

SalonQ lets you find salons and book appointments with them. The salon provides the service and is responsible for it, its quality and its final price. SalonQ is not a party to the service itself.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information and use one account per person.

Bookings

You can book up to 30 days ahead. A booking is confirmed only when the app shows it as Confirmed; a salon that does not answer a request within 2 hours has it cancelled automatically.

Prices shown are the salon's listed prices, sometimes as a range. The final price is set by the salon at your visit. You pay the salon directly; SalonQ does not charge customers.

You can cancel in the app up to 60 minutes before the start time. After that, please contact the salon through the booking chat.

If you do not show up, the salon can mark the booking as a no-show. After 5 no-shows your account cannot make new bookings for 30 days.

The salon may cancel a booking, for example when a stylist is unavailable. You will be notified in the app.

Promo codes

Promo codes are subject to the conditions shown with them, cannot be exchanged for cash and are returned if the booking is cancelled. We may cancel codes used fraudulently.

Reviews and chat

You may review a salon after a completed booking. Reviews and messages must be honest and must not be abusive, discriminatory, spam or contain other people's personal data. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Salons

Salons must list accurate services, prices and opening hours, honour confirmed bookings, and keep their staff logins secure. SalonQ charges salons a commission on completed bookings at the rate shown in the SalonQ Business app; the commission is calculated on the final price the salon records. Salons that repeatedly cancel or mislead customers may be suspended.

Availability and liability

We work to keep SalonQ available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, SalonQ is not liable for the services salons provide or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Egyptian consumer protection law.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

Changes, law and contact

We will notify you in the app before material changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.

ما تقدمه SalonQ

تتيح لك SalonQ إيجاد الصالونات وحجز المواعيد لديها. الصالون هو من يقدّم الخدمة وهو المسؤول عنها وعن جودتها وسعرها النهائي. SalonQ ليست طرفاً في الخدمة نفسها.

حسابك

تسجّل الدخول برمز لمرة واحدة يُرسل إلى بريدك. حافظ على أمان بريدك؛ فأنت مسؤول عن النشاط على حسابك. قدّم معلومات صحيحة واستخدم حساباً واحداً لكل شخص.

الحجوزات

يمكنك الحجز حتى ٣٠ يوماً مقدماً. لا يكون الحجز مؤكداً إلا عندما يظهر في التطبيق بحالة «مؤكد»، وإذا لم يرد الصالون على الطلب خلال ساعتين يُلغى تلقائياً.

الأسعار المعروضة هي أسعار الصالون المعلنة، وقد تكون نطاقاً. يحدد الصالون السعر النهائي عند زيارتك. تدفع للصالون مباشرة؛ ولا تفرض SalonQ أي رسوم على العملاء.

يمكنك الإلغاء من التطبيق حتى ٦٠ دقيقة قبل الموعد. بعد ذلك يُرجى التواصل مع الصالون عبر محادثة الحجز.

إذا لم تحضر، يمكن للصالون تسجيل الحجز كعدم حضور. بعد ٥ مرات عدم حضور لن يتمكن حسابك من إجراء حجوزات جديدة لمدة ٣٠ يوماً.

قد يلغي الصالون الحجز، مثلاً عند عدم توفر المصفف. سيصلك إشعار في التطبيق.

أكواد الخصم

تخضع أكواد الخصم للشروط المعروضة معها، ولا يمكن استبدالها بالنقود، وتُعاد إذا أُلغي الحجز. قد نلغي الأكواد المستخدمة بطريقة احتيالية.

التقييمات والمحادثة

يمكنك تقييم الصالون بعد اكتمال الحجز. يجب أن تكون التقييمات والرسائل صادقة وخالية من الإساءة أو التمييز أو الرسائل المزعجة أو البيانات الشخصية للآخرين. قد نحذف المحتوى أو نوقف الحسابات المخالفة.

الصالونات

على الصالونات عرض خدمات وأسعار ومواعيد عمل صحيحة، والالتزام بالحجوزات المؤكدة، والحفاظ على أمان حسابات الموظفين. تتقاضى SalonQ من الصالونات عمولة على الحجوزات المكتملة بالنسبة المعروضة في تطبيق SalonQ للأعمال، وتُحسب على السعر النهائي الذي يسجّله الصالون. قد يتم إيقاف الصالونات التي تلغي الحجوزات أو تضلل العملاء بشكل متكرر.

التوفر والمسؤولية

نعمل على أن تكون SalonQ متاحة ودقيقة لكن لا يمكننا ضمان عدم انقطاعها. في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا تتحمل SalonQ المسؤولية عن الخدمات التي تقدمها الصالونات أو عن الخسائر غير المباشرة. لا شيء في هذه الشروط يحدّ من حقوقك بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك المصري.

إنهاء الاستخدام

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب. قد نوقف الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط أو القانون.

التغييرات والقانون والتواصل

سنخطرك داخل التطبيق قبل سريان أي تغييرات جوهرية. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
